Training for Safety Personnel
A Heliport Manager training course is offered to heliport owners and operations. This program equips Heliport Managers and operations staff for their role and provides for them an understanding of their responsibilities under the Canadian Aviation Regulations. The course covers the basic information on how to issue a Notice to Airman, make changes to the Operations Manual, operational responsibilities, and develops knowledge of the components of heliport airspace. The content of the Operations Manual is also reviewed in detail. This training fulfills the requirement under CAR 325.49 for heliport certificate holders.
