Aeronautical Forms & Publications
When significant obstructions are erected within the vicinity of an aerodrome, Transport Canada requires the submission of an Obstacle Clearance Form. The form provides the physical particulars about an object that has the potential for being a safety concern to air traffic. The installation of towers and construction cranes present the most common need for submission of the form. Qualified staff assesses the need, gathers the necessary information and then prepares and submits the proper documentation to Transport Canada.

We coordinate with NavCanada to ensure all heliport information is published and correct for pilot use in the Canada Flight Supplement.
Aerodrome Application Forms
As a condition of certification, we assist our clients in providing Transport Canada with all required information commencing the certification process of a fully compliant, certified heliport. This form provides the legal notification of intent to operate a heliport in Canada.

We specialize in the analysis and interpretation required in the completion of these forms. Working with heliport operators and obstruction owners, we facilitate the submission of all required forms to government and air navigation service providers with the intent of ensuring aviation safety.
